Thomas DeGroff is President of Aiuto Consulting, LLC a communications, sales and sales leadership coaching and training firm located in Scottsdale, AZ.  Aiuto is an Italian word that means to “help” or “assist.”

 

Mr. DeGroff retired from Owens Corning, a Fortune 500 company, in 2006 after 35 years of service.  He spent 27 of those years as a Regional Sales Leader...13 of those years as the leader of the company’s automotive sales team in Detroit and 14 in Arizona as the Composites and then the Commercial and Industrial Insulation West Region Sales Leader.  Mr. DeGroff and his team routinely delivered record revenue and gross margin growth to Owens Corning.
